DAN Aluform Consultancy is an aluminium formwork company since 2009, with expertise in design, fabrication and erection of best-inclass aluminium formwork system, for high rise and low rise building construction of all types of architectural structures, both simple and complex.The degree of pre-engineering and inherent simplicity of DAN Aluminium Formwork enables use of unskilled labor. Every component is light enough to be handled by one operative, minimizing the need for heavy lifting equipment.

OUR CAPABILITIES

Our design team is extremely professional and capable of designing complex structures for all types of construction projects. With your architectural and structural drawings, our team designs the formwork along with optimizing the design for maximum efficiency.

At DAN Aluform, we use Automated Robotic Welding, which is quick and efficient, and delivers smooth finish along with highest accuracy and fewer mistakes as compared with manual welding. It lets us get your work done faster and safer, while you get your Aluminium Formwork on time and with highest quality.

We use Friction Stir Welding technique which retains aluminium tensile strength and lets our Aluminium Formwork panels easily handle weight of up to 3000 kgs. FSW ensures reliability and high resistance and sealing of the weld and produces a smooth, uniform welded product. FSW helps to maintain the properties close to the initial material.
